WWE Doesn’t Want Shane McMahon Despite Return Attemps

WWE

After leaving WWE in 2009, Shane McMahon sold all his WWE stock for his other business ventures. When he came back in 2016, he was just a wrestler with a high-paying contract and no backstage power like before.

People in WWE turned against McMahon after the 2022 Royal Rumble incident, where he allegedly made the match all about himself and clashed with wrestlers backstage.

Dave Meltzer mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio that despite McMahon’s attempts to come back, those in the company are not keen on having him return and said to not be interested.

McMahon had a recent meeting with AEW President Tony Khan.
