Backstage Update On Dalton Castle’s Serious Injury

ROH wrestler Dalton Castle will be out for the rest of 2024 due to injury.

He has been sidelined since getting injured during his match with Roderick Strong, where he was knocked out after taking a knee to the head. Coming out of the bout, there was speculation that he had a concussion. Castle was not diagnosed with a concussion. Instead, the reason Castle is out for the rest of the year is because of a different injury. It’s unclear what that is.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Castle tore his bicep during a match against Strong. Additionally, Castle was knocked out by Strong’s knee during the same match. This caused the referee to restart the count when Castle didn’t kick out at first.
