Former IWGP Heavyweight Champion “Switchblade” Jay White has been out for more than a month due to a foot injury. This setback caused AEW to alter their plans, leading to the Bang Bang Gang giving up their Trio’s Championships.
According to Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful Select, White is now back to full health and is expected to return to AEW TV soon. However, it remains uncertain when exactly he will make his comeback.
The last time White competed was on July 6th during the Owen Hart Foundation tournament, where he lost to Hangman Page.
