Will Ospreay Admits He Still Struggles With Promos

AEW

Will Ospreay is slated to challenge MJF for the American Title at AEW All In this Sunday.

Ospreay spoke with The New York Post and admitted that he still faces challenges with his promos.

“I still very much struggle with it. I can barely speak English basically. It’s been a learning experience, but I feel like I’m not sucking at it. I think I’m doing OK. I think I’m getting by. I feel like it’s good to show people that I am learning these tricks and these trades. And I’m happy to be vulnerable and open in those moments and say, ‘Look, I know I’m not the best at this.’ I’ve never been trained to do this. I’ve never been trained to do this part of the job. They’re throwing me in the deep water, and I’m swimming somehow.”

“There is a part of me that every time I do make a grammar mistake or I’m not focusing, it’s almost endearing at this point because I don’t know what’s going on half the time.”
