The AEW All In: London 2024 pay-per-view event from Wembley Stadium featured MJF vs. Will Ospreay. Ospreay went over with the tiger driver 91 after Daniel Garcia returned and punched MJF.
Garcia was previously attacked by MJF and written off television as his contract with AEW was slated to expire. He lost to MJF at All Out, but laid him out after the bout.
Dave Meltzer talked about Garcia’s situation with AEW on Wrestling Observer Radio, noting that AEW is less confident in Garcia re-signing with the promotion than they were. His current deal expires in October 2024, and WWE is interested in signing him.
Ibou from WrestlePurists reports that AEW still believes Garcia will re-sign. They have even come up with creative plans for him if he decides to stay.
AEW is still confident Daniel Garcia will re-sign and have put together creative for him in the event that he does.
