Before AEW Dynamite on Wednesday night, there was a scary moment during the ROH TV tapings when Sammy Guevara seemed to get knocked out in his match against Serpentico.
Guevara tried to do a cutter to counter a move from the top rope but missed and landed hard on his head. They had to stop the match, and Serpentico was declared the winner.
Guevara was taken out on a stretcher. Dave Meltzer tweeted that it looked like Guevara might have a concussion. Wade Keller from PWTorch reported that Guevara was seen walking around by himself after being checked out, and it didn’t look like he had just been stretchered out.
