Daniel Garcia has confirmed that he will be staying with AEW, which he announced during a promo segment on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter by Dave Meltzer, the contract offered to Garcia was more lucrative than what WWE was prepared to offer.
Meltzer noted, “He and Khan both indicated that it was a tough choice. WWE sources had mentioned over a month ago that the AEW offer was significantly better, and they anticipated he would choose it.”
