The AEW Full Gear 2024 pay-per-view event will take place on Saturday, November 23 from Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. The Zero Hour pre-show starts at 7 p.m. ET, while the main card begins at 8 p.m. ET.
The only thing locked in for the show is MJF vs. Adam Cole or Roderick, depending on who gets the most wins before Full Gear.
Dave Meltzer wrote the following in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter:
“My own thought is that MJF vs. Cole is a solid PPV match and there is no interest in MJF vs. Strong as a PPV match, so they are watering down the direct build. Perhaps there will be a storyline with Strong and Cole and that’s why this is necessary, but even if they want to go there, they should wait and focus on MJF vs. Cole for now. MJF said that he won’t be on TV live until that show in Newark, NJ. The actual story as we noted is that his filming for Happy Gilmore 2 is still continuing and he’s sending in interviews each week. Based on TV, it does appear Jon Moxley vs. Orange Cassidy for the AEW title is the main event, plus Konosuke Takeshita vs. Ricochet for the International title, Will Ospreay vs. Kyle Fletcher and Mercedes Mone vs. Kris Statlander for the TBS title. Other stuff looks like it’ll evolve over the next few weeks.”
