Jim Ross recently talked about a wide range of topics on his Grilling JR podcast.
During the podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer discussed the Mercedes Mone vs. Kris Statlander match at AEW Full Gear.
“Without a doubt, best match that Mercedes Mone has had, in my opinion, since coming to AEW. I’ve been waiting on that match. I’ve been waiting on that match. I said this before, I tried to say it politely, and I know some people took it the wrong way because I’ve seen it online. All I was ever saying was, we haven’t seen the best of her yet. Meaning that there’s a significant upside to this young lady, who has a great look, great presence, and then all of sudden, on Saturday night, we saw the best of Mercedes Mone. It was very impressive,” Ross said.
