Tony Khan: AEW Streaming On MAX Is A ‘Dream Come True’

Appearing on IHeartMedia’s Battleground podcast , AEW CEO Tony Khan discussed getting AEW on HBO’s streaming service, MAX, starting in 2025 for Dynamite.

“Starting in January, we have the biggest opportunity in the history of AEW since we first launched on TNT and TBS. This is so huge for us to be streaming on Max and simulcast. We’re going to keep the great homes we have on cable. We get to stay on TBS every Wednesday, stay on TNT every Saturday. These are staples of the cable industry and staples of pro wrestling, TBS and TNT. It’s great to be on the top cable channels, but so much is moving towards streaming. It’s important to have a foothold in cable, which is still a huge platform, but streaming has all the momentum. Streaming is the future and Max is the best in class streaming platform.”
