Could Matt Cardona be a surprise entrant in this year’s Royal Rumble? The “Indy God” has frequently hinted at a WWE return, and with the event happening on Saturday, it’s possible.
Fightful Select reports that they’ve heard rumblings of a plan for Cardona to appear. They emphasize that they haven’t confirmed his participation in what would be his first WWE match since 2020.
Cardona, under his previous ring name, Zack Ryder, debuted in the Royal Rumble in 2010 and last competed in the match in 2015.
