Details On WWE Creative Structure

Road Dogg has returned to a prominent creative position in WWE, recently revealed as a co-writer for SmackDown.

According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reports that James and John Swikata are now the lead writers for SmackDown. Meltzer explained that the current workload necessitates two lead writers for the show. Raw, by comparison, has Ryan Ward and Jon Baeckstrom at the helm, with Ed Koskey overseeing and editing scripts, and Bruce Prichard acting as the liaison between them and Paul Levesque.

Swikata took over the head writer position from Ryan Callahan in June.
