Despite his frequent criticisms of AEW’s booking, AAA’s Konnan recently highlighted a performer he consistently enjoys watching: Brody King.
Reviewing an April 2nd episode of “AEW Dynamite” on “Keepin It 100,” Konnan raved about King’s abilities following his match against Lance Archer. “This guy, Brody King, he always has good matches,” Konnan stated. “He’s very underrated. Even when he was facing Darby, he was having great matches. Against big guys, he has great matches. He’s very underrated.”
Konnan’s assessment echoes the sentiments of many who recognize King’s reliable in-ring work since his AEW debut in late 2021, including his AEW World Trios Championship reign. While singles success has eluded him, King’s strong performances in tournaments further solidify his value within the promotion.
