MVP Dismisses Retirement Talk: “I Got a Little Bit Left in Me”

Despite a career spanning over two decades and a reduced in-ring schedule, MVP has stated he is not yet ready to retire from professional wrestling.

In a recent appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, when asked about hanging up his boots, MVP responded, “No, not yet. I got a little bit left in me. It’s funny. We did a six-man about a month ago now, give or take, and they were teasing me because I was actually in there for a little while, and it felt good. It was coming back to me, and Shelton said, ‘Are you ever gonna tag out?’ I’m like ‘Oh yeah, maybe I should’.”

While his AEW in-ring appearances have been infrequent since joining The Hurt Syndicate, MVP’s comments suggest he still has a desire to compete.
