TNA Wrestling has elevated two long-serving and key staff members to executive roles, according to reports from PWInsider which were subsequently confirmed by Fightful. Eric Tompkins and Ross Forman have both been promoted and named Vice Presidents within TNA Wrestling.
The announcement of their new positions was reportedly made internally during a talent and staff meeting prior to the TNA Impact television tapings in Irvine, California, on May 2, 2025. Tompkins has been a crucial part of the company’s television product for years, previously serving as the Director of TV Production. Forman is also a TNA veteran, having led the company’s communications efforts for many years as the Head of Media Relations.
While their specific VP titles (such as VP of Production or VP of Communications) were not detailed in the initial reports, Fightful noted their previous roles. These promotions recognize the significant contributions both Tompkins and Forman have made to TNA/Impact Wrestling over the years and signal a move to further solidify the company’s executive leadership structure under the current regime. Further details on their expanded responsibilities are expected as they settle into their new Vice President roles.
