Mina Shirakawa has officially joined the All Elite Wrestling roster. AEW President Tony Khan made the announcement on Twitter during this week’s Dynamite, confirming the signing just days before Shirakawa challenges Toni Storm for the AEW Women’s World Championship at Double or Nothing.
Khan tweeted: “She’s challenging for the AEW Women’s World Title at #AEWDoN THIS SUNDAY, and after her impressive win on #AEWDynamite + her altercation with World Champion Timeless Toni Storm tonight, now it’s official: @MinaShirakawa is ALL ELITE!”
Shirakawa, who made her AEW debut on the April 11, 2024, episode of Dynamite, now solidifies her place in the company as she heads into her championship opportunity this Sunday.
