New AEW Talent Signing

AEW

Independent wrestling standout Alex Windsor is officially All Elite. The 16-year veteran announced she has signed a contract with AEW following her IWGP Women’s Championship match against Syuri at a Pro Wrestling Eve show in the UK on Friday, June 6, 2025.

After the match, Windsor addressed the crowd, stating it was her “final match for Pro Wrestling Eve and her final match on the independent scene for a very long time.” She added that the “hard work was only about to begin as she has signed with AEW.”

Windsor is an accomplished international talent, having wrestled extensively on the UK independent scene as well as in Japan for TJPW and in Mexico for CMLL. She has previously made appearances for both AEW and Ring of Honor, unsuccessfully challenging Athena for the ROH Women’s title at an event in Australia in February 2025 and facing Toni Storm on the 2025 Jericho Cruise. Her signing, along with the recent debut of former Stardom star Thekla, adds another experienced competitor to AEW’s women’s division.
