Santino Marella will remain TNA’s Director of Authority after defeating Robert Stone in the co-main event of the TNA+ special “Against All Odds” on Friday, June 6, 2025. The match featured interference from both Matt Cardona and Marella’s daughter, NXT star Arianna Grace.
Despite Stone attempting to pay off special guest referee Matt Cardona in an earlier segment, Cardona called the match down the middle. The turning point came when “Arianna Grace at ringside helped her father by throwing Stone off the turnbuckle and gave Santino a second cobra.” This allowed Marella to hit his signature Cobra strike on Stone to secure the victory and his on-screen position.
