Dax Harwood of FTR took to social media to state his case for why he and Cash Wheeler should be the focus of the AEW tag team division. Amid fan discussion about the state of tag team wrestling in the company, Harwood made his opinion clear.
“The Winningest Tag Team in AEW History. The most consistent tag team in AEW history; in quantity AND quality, the tag team the division should be built around. It’s time for a Revival,” Harwood stated in a post.
The use of the word “Revival” is a reference to the team’s former name in WWE. The current AEW World Tag Team Champions are The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin).
