AEW President Tony Khan addressed the possibility of introducing Women’s Tag Team Championships during the AEW All In post-show media scrum. When asked about the potential for the new titles, Khan confirmed his interest.
“[Women’s Tag Titles] are something I’m very interested in,” Khan said. He then praised the depth of the current women’s roster, noting that despite injuries to key stars like Jamie Hayter, the division was still able to put on an ambitious and great Casino Gauntlet match. He believes a great tag division could be sustained with the current talent. “Hopefully we can have great tag team matches up and down,” he added.
