Sting Shuts Down Any Talk Of “One More Match”

Sting has put an end to any fan speculation about him coming out of retirement for one more match. During an appearance on the Major Figure Podcast, the 66-year-old WWE Hall of Famer was definitive about his in-ring career being over.

“I actually wanted to retire as Old Man Sting,” Sting said. “I’ve got enough fans going, ‘One more. Just one more.’ Right, one more match. I’m 66 now, enough is enough.”

Sting wrestled his final match at AEW Revolution in March 2024, where he teamed with Darby Allin to defeat The Young Bucks.
