AEW Files Trademark For ECW-Inspired “September To Remember”

A new report from F4WOnline.com notes that AEW filed a trademark on August 18 for the term “September to Remember.” The name is an homage to the classic “November to Remember” event name from ECW.

The filing has led to speculation that AEW may be planning a special event during its upcoming seven-show residency at the 2300 Arena, the former ECW Arena, in Philadelphia. The residency is set to run from August 27 through September 11. The trademark was filed for the following:

“Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services in the nature of live professional wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of professional wrestling programs and events.”
