Report: Nick Wayne’s Broken Foot Injury Is Legitimate

AEW

A new report from Wrestling Observer Radio has provided an update on Nick Wayne’s broken foot, which was announced on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. According to the report, the injury is legitimate.

It was noted that Wayne is expected to be “out for a while,” though an exact timetable for his return is not yet clear. The promo he filmed for Dynamite, where he announced Killswitch (formerly Luchasaurus) as his replacement at Forbidden Door, was reportedly shot from his house. The report suggests that the ROH World Television Champion will not be able to compete at the ROH Death Before Dishonor event on August 29.
