Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling has announced several major matches for its upcoming “Sacred Ground” event. The show will take place on Friday, September 5, at the Six Nations Sports & Cultural Centre in Ohsweken, Ontario. The event promises a loaded lineup featuring talent from across the wrestling world.
The main event is scheduled to be a high-stakes “Winner Takes All” match between Canadian Women’s Champion Gisele Shaw and Destiny Women’s Champion Priscilla Kelly, who is formerly known as Gigi Dolin in WWE. One woman will walk away with both championships. Also in championship action, Rohan Raju will defend the PWA Champion’s Grail, a unique championship also defended in promotions in Oceania and Qatar, against the returning Bishop Dyer.
In a special attraction tag team match, The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows) are scheduled to face The Flatliners. A mixed tag team match will see the legendary PCO team with Shotzi Blackheart to take on the duo of Taylor Rising and Kris Chambers. Additionally, a big trios match will feature Billy Gunn teaming with Mike Rollins and Bhupinder Gujjar against Sheldon Jean, Brent Banks, and Bryce Hansen. Other stars advertised for the show include TJP and recent AEW signee Ace Austin, making for a must-see night of action for the Ontario crowd.
