FTR’s Dax Harwood has confirmed that he suffered a legitimate broken nose during the AEW Dynamite: September to Remember special on Wednesday night. The injury occurred during a heated face-to-face segment that turned into a wild brawl between FTR and their All Out opponents, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage. The confrontation reached its peak when Christian Cage grabbed a microphone and smashed it directly into Harwood’s face, leaving him bleeding as he and his partner, Cash Wheeler, were forced to retreat from the ring. The incident added a brutal touch of reality to their already intense feud and raised questions about Harwood’s status for their scheduled match at the pay-per-view this Saturday.
Harwood took to social media on Thursday to provide an update on his condition and to make it clear that the injury will not prevent him from competing at All Out in Toronto. In his post, he confirmed the severity of the injury but also sent a direct and defiant message to his opponents.
“I had an X-Ray today. To the shock of no one, I have a severely broken nose…..Unfortunately for Christian & Copeland, I’ll still be there. No way I’m missing out on this match. I’m going to embarrass you.”
