WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray shared high praise for “Hangman” Adam Page’s demeanor and professionalism during the post-show media scrum for AEW All Out. Following his successful AEW World Championship defense against Kyle Fletcher, Page addressed the media, and Bully Ray was particularly impressed with how the champion handled himself, especially when discussing the ongoing competition with WWE. His comments highlight a significant moment of growth and maturity for Page, who has been a top star in AEW since its inception.
Speaking on a recent edition of Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray commended Page’s performance outside of the ring.
“What stuck out to me was the post-match scrum and how Hangman Adam Page handled himself in that moment … Hangman Page came off like a great world champion and a great representative of AEW saying we’re just doing our thing, we’re laser focused. That’s all we can worry about, didn’t take any type of bait. In that moment in time I went, that kid matured, that kid grew, that kid is morphing into a good world champion … I felt like Hangman was Cody-esque in the way he delivered his message about the company, the direction.”
Page successfully defended his AEW World Championship against Kyle Fletcher at the All Out pay-per-view.
