All Elite Wrestling appears to be making another move into food-themed merchandising. According to a new report from Fightful, the company filed two new trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on September 24 for the terms ‘Bacon Brawl’ and ‘AEW Bacon Brawl’. This follows a similar filing earlier this year for the term “AEW Elite Feast,” which also covered kitchenware and dining products. The new filings suggest that AEW is continuing to explore unique and creative avenues for branding and merchandising beyond the traditional t-shirts and action figures, potentially bringing the AEW experience directly into the kitchens of their fans.
The trademark filings cover a wide range of goods and services, including cookware, apparel, and even prepared meals, indicating a comprehensive branding strategy for the new term. It is unclear at this time whether “Bacon Brawl” will be used for a new line of products, a special themed event, or a combination of both. The unique name, however, certainly fits the often-chaotic and action-packed nature of the All Elite Wrestling product. The full descriptions from the trademark filing are below.
