Updated Brackets For The ROH Women’s Pure Championship Tournament

A second wrestler has officially advanced to the semi-finals of the inaugural Ring of Honor Women’s Pure Championship tournament. On the Thursday, September 25 episode of ROH TV, the young phenom Billie Starkz defeated Olympia in a quarterfinals match to secure her spot in the final four. The victory continues an impressive run for Starkz, who is one of the brightest rising stars in the women’s division. She now joins Queen Aminata, who was the first to advance, in the semi-final round of the prestigious tournament, which will crown the first-ever ROH Women’s Pure Champion.

The tournament was originally scheduled to begin earlier this year, with the finals intended for the Supercard of Honor event in July. However, a series of injuries to planned participants forced the tournament to be postponed. It was officially restarted in August, and the path to the championship is now becoming clearer. Queen Aminata secured her spot in the semi-finals by defeating Taya Valkyrie at the Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view last month. According to the official tournament brackets, Aminata will now face the winner of the upcoming quarterfinal match between Trish Adora and Deonna Purrazzo. With her victory this week, Billie Starkz will advance to face the winner of the final quarterfinal bout between the legendary Serena Deeb and the international star, Yuka Sakazaki. No date has been officially announced for the tournament finals at this time.
