AEW wrestler, producer, and coach Dustin Rhodes has shared his personal list of the top five greatest technical professional wrestlers of all time. The list, which he posted on social media, includes a mix of legends and modern masters of the craft, showcasing his appreciation for the intricate and scientific aspects of in-ring wrestling. As a veteran of nearly 40 years in the business, Rhodes has competed against and observed some of the best performers in history, making his selections a valuable insight into the art of technical wrestling. His list includes two of his current colleagues in AEW, highlighting the high regard in which they are held by one of the most respected veterans in the industry.
Rhodes’s list of his top five (or six) technical wrestlers is below:
- Bryan Danielson
- William Regal
- Fit Finlay
- Zack Sabre Jr.
- Bret Hart
Bryan Danielson, who is on Rhodes’s list, recently joined the AEW Dynamite commentary team on a full-time basis, lending his extensive technical knowledge to the broadcast. Rhodes himself is currently recovering after undergoing a double-knee replacement surgery last month, and he has vowed to return to the ring.
