In a recent vlog, AEW star “Speedball” Mike Bailey shared a humorous backstage interaction with veteran MVP, confronting him about recent “dirt sheet” rumors. A report had surfaced claiming MVP “doesn’t like” Mike Bailey, which MVP quickly denied on his own Marking Out podcast, stating, “Mike Bailey’s one of the nicest guys around. I don’t have a problem with him… That’s bulls–t.”
Bailey, armed with this knowledge, decided to have some fun with the veteran leader of The Hurt Syndicate. In the video, Bailey approaches MVP backstage at a recent AEW taping in San Antonio.
Bailey: “So, I saw what you said about me and about the dirt sheets, too, which I completely agree with, but I saw that you said online that I was the nicest guy in the locker room… So, I just wanted to look you in the eye and say, ‘F— you, man.’”
MVP: “You’re going to ruin my reputation, man. God, you’re going to ruin my reputation. F—. Come on, man. Yeah, you you’re a nice f—ing guy.”
Bailey: “That’s the problem, you’re too nice.”
MVP: “But I’m But I’m honest to a fault. That’s my problem. I’m honest to a fault. F— all of you.”
The friendly exchange shows the two have no real animosity, despite the false rumors.
