Swerve Strickland Returns At AEW Full Gear

Following the main event of AEW Full Gear, the arena went dark, and a visual of a burning house appeared on the screen. Prince Nana appeared on the stage as the familiar “Whose House?” call signaled the return of Swerve Strickland, who debuted a new theme song.

The new World Champion Samoa Joe and his faction, The Opps (now including HOOK), cleared a path, expecting Swerve to target his old rival, the fallen “Hangman” Page. Instead, Swerve attacked the entire faction, laying out Hobbs, Shibata, HOOK, and Joe. The show closed with Swerve and Page standing tall in the ring as The Opps retreated up the ramp.
