Jack Perry Injured During AEW Dynamite Match

AEW

Jack Perry suffered a legitimate injury during his Continental Classic match on Wednesday night.

Replacing the injured Darby Allin in the Gold League, Perry faced Kazuchika Okada on Dynamite. According to Bryan Alvarez, Perry “legit” hurt his ankle while performing a suicide dive to the outside. Despite the injury, Perry worked through the pain to finish the match, which ultimately saw Okada pick up the victory.

Alvarez later reported that Perry looks to be “fine” despite the scare.

Following the match, Okada and Kyle Fletcher now lead the Gold League with six points each, while Konosuke Takeshita and Jon Moxley sit atop the Blue League with identical scores.
