Ring Of Honor Announces Two Shows For New Year’s Week

Ring of Honor is closing out 2025 and kicking off 2026 with a double dose of action. During Friday’s Boxing Day Brawl, the promotion announced it will air two separate shows next week across different platforms. The first show will air on Tuesday, December 30, on ROH’s YouTube channel, while the second will air on New Year’s Day, Thursday, January 1, on the HonorClub streaming service. Both broadcasts are scheduled for 7 PM ET.

The Tuesday YouTube special will feature a high-stakes Proving Ground match. ROH Women’s TV Champion Red Velvet will take on former MLW Women’s Featherweight Champion Janai Kai. Under Proving Ground rules, if Kai can defeat the champion or survive the time limit to secure a draw, she will earn a future shot at the Women’s TV Title.

The New Year’s Day show on HonorClub is headlined by a chaotic “Fight Without Honor.” Dalton Castle and The Outrunners will look to settle their grudge against MxMTV (Mansoor, Mason Madden, and cohorts) in the no-disqualification stipulation match. Additionally, ROH World Champion Bandido will team up with former champion Jay Lethal to face the high-flying duo of Lee Johnson and Blake Christian, representing The Swirl.

These matches were taped last weekend at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City as part of AEW’s massive two-day taping schedule. The tapings utilized the historic venue to generate content for both the Holiday Bash and these year-end ROH specials.

Other matches filmed at the Hammerstein Ballroom that will air across these two broadcasts include Hechicero vs. Aaron Solo, Lance Archer vs. Steve Gibki, and a tag team bout featuring Big Bill and Brian Keith taking on The Dark Order. The lineup also features Ace Austin taking on Rocky Romero, Satnam Singh battling Charles Mason, and a women’s tag match with Billie Starkz and Diamante facing Deonna Purrazzo and Madison Rayne.

With Final Battle in the rearview mirror, these shows will set the table for ROH’s storylines in early 2026. The unique scheduling ensures that fans have fresh wrestling content to watch as they ring in the new year.
