2025 was a career-defining year for Harley Cameron.
From wrestling Mercedes Moné in her home country of Australia to becoming the inaugural AEW Women’s Tag Team Champion, Cameron has established herself as a key player in the division. Speaking on The Ariel Helwani Show, she reflected on her rapid ascent.
“Definitely. This year has been — you know, it’s hard to put into words. It’s been a huge year of growth for me,” Cameron said. “I was in the first [women’s] Blood and Guts. And now I’m — Babes of Wrath, the first-ever AEW women’s Tag Team Champions. So looking back, I’m just very, very proud.”
Cameron noted that her mindset shifted from simply wanting to learn to realizing her potential as a top star.
“Looking back, if I spoke to myself this time last year, I probably wouldn’t believe the things that have happened.”
