The fallout from Wrestle Kingdom 20 will begin immediately at New Year Dash.
NJPW has released the list of talent advertised for the annual event, which takes place on January 5, 2026. Among the notable names are AEW stars Andrade El Idolo and Konosuke Takeshita.
Takeshita, the reigning IWGP World Heavyweight Champion, will be fresh off a double title match against Yota Tsuji at the Tokyo Dome. Andrade is scheduled to team with the United Empire at Wrestle Kingdom, and his inclusion on New Year Dash suggests his NJPW run will continue beyond the big show.
The event will also feature an IWGP Tag Team Championship match, with World Tag League winners T.M.D.K. (Zack Sabre Jr. & Ryohei Oiwa) challenging the Knockout Brothers.
