AEW And CMLL Strengthen Partnership With Unique Contract Deals

AEW

The partnership between AEW and CMLL is evolving, with talent now officially sharing allegiance to both promotions.

On the latest edition of CMLL Informa, stars Mascara Dorada and Persephone confirmed that they have signed “dual contracts,” binding them to both CMLL and All Elite Wrestling.

Dorada, 24, recently competed in the AEW Continental Classic, finishing with six points in the Blue League. Persephone, also 24, has been active in Ring of Honor, challenging Athena for the ROH Women’s World Title at Final Battle in December.

AEW President Tony Khan later confirmed that veteran luchador Hechicero has also signed a similar dual deal. These signings signal a deepening of the relationship between the two companies ahead of their joint shows at Arena Coliseo and Arena México this weekend.
