Queen Aminata is staying with All Elite Wrestling for the long haul.
In a new video posted to her YouTube channel, the AEW star revealed that she has signed a contract extension that will keep her with the promotion through early 2027. Despite currently being sidelined with a significant injury, Aminata expressed her excitement and gratitude for the company’s commitment to her.
“AEW also extended my beautiful, juicy contract until February 2027,” Aminata said. “What can I say at this point? I’m happy. Even though my neck is messed up right now and I can’t wrestle, I’m very happy and very, very motivated. I can’t wait to go back.”
Aminata has been out of action since the October 29, 2025, episode of Dynamite. She was originally scheduled to compete in the brutal Women’s Blood & Guts match on November 12 but was pulled due to a neck injury. The injury also forced her to withdraw from the Ring of Honor Women’s Pure Title tournament.
Aminata first began working with AEW on Dark and Dark: Elevation in the spring of 2021 before officially signing with the company in February 2024. Her new extension ensures she will have ample time to make an impact once she is medically cleared to return.
