A massive weekend of professional wrestling kicks off tonight with two major broadcasts taking place simultaneously. First, WWE presents Saturday Night’s Main Event live from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec. The premium live event, streaming domestically on Peacock and internationally on Netflix, is headlined by a high-stakes Undisputed WWE Championship #1 Contenders Match featuring Randy Orton, Trick Williams, Damian Priest, and Sami Zayn. Additionally, Cody Rhodes will go to war with Jacob Fatu, and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships will be on the line as RHIYO defends against Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez. Shinsuke Nakamura vs. AJ Styles rounds out the star-studded card.
Meanwhile, AEW Collision returns tonight with a new episode on TNT and HBO Max. This episode was taped Wednesday in Orlando, Florida, at the Addition Financial Arena due to scheduling changes. The broadcast features a loaded lineup, including a CMLL World Heavyweight Championship match where Claudio Castagnoli defends against Roderick Strong. Willow Nightingale puts her TBS Championship on the line against the dark and dangerous Julia Hart, while “Hangman” Adam Page faces Japanese legend Katsuyori Shibata. The card also sees the team of Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita taking on Billy Gunn and Austin Gunn, alongside matches featuring Andrade, Magnus, Kris Statlander, and the tag team of Mark Davis and Jake Doyle.
