New Female Tag Team Forms on AEW Collision

AEW

A powerful new alliance has formed in the AEW women’s division, as revealed on this week’s episode of Collision. Former AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor have officially joined forces with the goal of capturing tag team gold. The partnership was established during a vignette where Windsor approached Hayter, acknowledging that while they lack a shared past, they possess the shared grit necessary to dominate the future.

Windsor pitched the idea by appealing to Hayter’s championship pedigree and their mutual toughness. “See, I know you and I don’t have any history. How about we make some?” Windsor asked. “I’ve seen you kick ar*e all over the world; I know what you’re all about. You never back down from a fight, but neither do I. You have been here for what, four years now? You’re a bloody former world champion. Isn’t it about time you won some gold? Gold that you can bring home?”

The logic clearly appealed to Hayter. The former champion wasted no time in confirming the partnership, responding simply with a plan for their presentation: “Well, I suppose we get some matching outfits then.” The union creates an immediate threat to the rest of the division as Hayter looks to add more gold to her resume.
