AEW Files Trademark for “Brawling Birds”

AEW

All Elite Wrestling has moved to secure a new intellectual property, filing a trademark for the term “Brawling Birds” on January 23. The filing covers “Conducting entertainment exhibitions in the nature of professional wresting exhibits and performances by professional wrestlers, namely, performances by a tag team of wrestlers during professional wrestling events.”

While not officially confirmed, speculation suggests the name is intended for the newly formed tag team of Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter. The duo recently solidified their alliance on AEW television, and the avian-themed name would fit their aggressive style and British roots.
