Bron Breakker Sidelined Following Hernia Surgery

Bron Breakker is out of action after undergoing surgery for a serious hernia. Dave Meltzer reported the news in his Daily Update, noting that there is currently no timetable for his return. Breakker was last seen physical during the Men’s Royal Rumble match, where he entered at #2 but was attacked by a masked man implied to be Seth Rollins before eventually being eliminated by Oba Femi.

The injury adds insult to injury for Breakker, as reports indicate he was originally slated to win the Royal Rumble match. However, changes to the WrestleMania card resulted in Roman Reigns taking the victory to set up a match with CM Punk instead. Following the Rumble, Breakker appeared on Raw in a rage, destroying the ringside area before being ejected.
