With just nine weeks remaining until WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, positive updates are emerging regarding the status of Seth “Freakin” Rollins. The former World Heavyweight Champion has been on the shelf since September 2025 following a brutal storyline attack by Bron Breakker that wrote him off television to undergo legitimate shoulder surgery.
Recovery Progressing Well for “The Visionary”
New photos have surfaced showing Rollins back in the gym, actively training his legs and, crucially, using his arms without any obvious signs of discomfort. This is a significant milestone in his rehabilitation from the injury sustained at Crown Jewel: Perth.
According to reports from eWn, WWE officials are hopeful to have Rollins cleared in time for the “Grandest Stage of Them All.” Speculation is rampant that Rollins is the mystery attacker who has been targeting his former faction, The Vision, in recent weeks.
However, a potential wrench has been thrown into the creative plans. While a grudge match against Bron Breakker seemed like the logical destination, Breakker recently underwent hernia surgery, casting doubt on his own availability for April. Regardless of his opponent, Rollins’ return to full training suggests he will be a major factor in WWE’s plans for Las Vegas.
