Closing out the first hour of this week’s AEW Dynamite, Nightingale put her TBS Championship on the line in a chaotic Fatal Four-Way match against Marina Shafir, Megan Bayne, and Mina Shirakawa.
A Decisive Victory Under Pressure
The match represented a significant physical test for Nightingale. Remarkably, this bout marked her third time defending a championship in the span of just five days, highlighting her grueling schedule as a dual champion holding both the TBS Title and the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Titles. Despite the severe disadvantage of not needing to be pinned to lose her championship, Nightingale was able to weather the storm.
She outlasted the powerhouse offense of Bayne and the technical grappling of Shafir. In the closing moments of the match, Nightingale managed to isolate Shirakawa, trapping her in a decisive pinning maneuver to secure the victory and retain her gold. This hard-fought win marks Nightingale’s second successful defense of the TBS Championship since she captured the belt from Mercedes Moné on the December 31 episode of AEW Dynamite.
As Nightingale continues her dominant run, the rest of the AEW roster is preparing for AEW Revolution. The upcoming pay-per-view event is set for Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. Revolution promises to be a historic night, headlined by a Texas Deathmatch where MJF defends the AEW World Championship against “Hangman” Adam Page. The card also features a No Time Limit match for the Continental Championship between Jon Moxley and Konosuke Takeshita.
