The grueling schedule of a professional wrestler rarely allows for extended downtime, making any break from the road incredibly valuable. For Tiffany Stratton, a recent hiatus from WWE programming provided exactly the kind of personal reset she needed to recharge both physically and mentally.
“I Feel Very Refreshed”
During a recent sit-down interview with Denise Salcedo, the former NXT Women’s Champion opened up about her time away from the squared circle. Stratton made it abundantly clear that she utilized the break to focus heavily on establishing her life outside of the wrestling industry, ensuring she had a stable foundation at home.
“I feel like I did a lot of working out. I actually just bought a house recently. I’ve been furnishing it and getting everything situated,” Stratton shared, detailing her transition into homeownership. In addition to setting up her new living space, she expanded her family. “I also just bought a puppy. He’s about eight or nine months old now. His name’s Crumble — like the cookie. He’s so cute, and he’s gotten so big already.”
The time spent focusing on domestic life has clearly had a positive impact on her overall well-being and professional mindset. “I’ve just been loving life recently. I feel very refreshed. I feel happy to be back. I love my life. I love my home life. I love my job. Everything just feels amazing right now,” she concluded. Returning to television with a renewed sense of energy, Stratton is poised to make a major impact as the women’s division gears up for the intense sprint toward WrestleMania.
