WWE Superstar Tiffany Stratton is not one to shy away from the spotlight, whether she is holding championship gold in the ring or living her life outside of it. Recently, the SmackDown star made headlines when she publicly revealed her relationship with Olympic judoka Shady Elnahas. Despite the inevitable chatter from the internet wrestling community, Stratton has no regrets about showing off her new romance.
“I Think We Could Be Relationship Goals”
During a candid interview with sports media personality Adrian Hernandez, Stratton discussed her decision to share a massive photo dump featuring her and Elnahas on social media. She made it clear that the opinions of online trolls hold no weight over her personal happiness.
“No. I’m someone who, when I really love somebody, I want to show them off. So this was that kind of situation,” Stratton explained confidently. “Of course, there’s always going to be backlash, hate comments, good comments — I’m not scared of that. I get hate all the time. That’s nothing new to me.”
Stratton, who is known for her larger-than-life “Center of the Universe” persona on WWE television, sees their pairing as a perfect match. “And I think we’re such a cute couple. I feel like we really match each other. I think we could be relationship goals. So a 20-photo dump felt like the perfect way to do it.”
She also shared a humorous anecdote about his reaction to her social media strategy and his willingness to commit to the relationship. “I actually showed him the idea. He loves tattoos — he’s all tatted up — so he was all for it. He was like, ‘Heck yeah, I’m going to get your eye tattooed on me.’ And let me tell you, if he’s not getting my eye tattooed on him, I don’t want it.”
