AEW Collision Viewership Drops to Lowest Point Since January

All Elite Wrestling faced an incredibly difficult television landscape this past weekend, and the ratings for AEW Collision reflect the heavy competition. Saturday night’s episode averaged 365,000 viewers on TNT, marking a steep 22.3% decline from the previous week’s broadcast.

The Impact of the Big Data + Panel Measurement System

This figure represents the lowest overall audience reported for the Saturday night program since January 24th, notably prior to when Nielsen implemented their latest adjustments utilizing the Big Data + Panel measurement system. The struggles extended to the key 18-49 demographic, where Collision averaged a 0.06 rating. This is down 25% from the prior week and also stands as the lowest number the show has produced in that category since the aforementioned January 24th episode.

The significant drop in viewership can be heavily attributed to the massive sporting and sports entertainment events airing concurrently. Collision faced direct competition from a prominent NBA game on ESPN, primetime College basketball on CBS, and, most notably, WWE’s broadcast of the Elimination Chamber premium live event streaming on ESPN+.

Despite the week-over-week declines, the year-over-year comparisons offer a silver lining. Compared to the exact same week in 2025, the overall viewership was actually up an impressive 30.4%, while the 18-49 rating remained identical. Furthermore, when compared to recent 10-week averages, this week’s show was slightly up 1.8% in overall viewership and managed a 20% increase in the 18-49 demographic, indicating a stable, albeit challenged, core audience.
