The independent wrestling schedule surrounding WrestleMania 42 week in Las Vegas continues to feature massive crossover dream matches. It was recently announced that AEW powerhouse Brody King will step into the ring against the dominant Zilla Fatu at the upcoming House of Glory (HOG) Culture Clash event.
A First-Time-Ever Heavyweight Collision
The highly anticipated event is scheduled for Thursday, April 16, 2026, just days before WWE takes over Allegiant Stadium. HOG will host the Culture Clash show at the Palms Casino Resort.
This marquee matchup marks King’s official return to HOG Wrestling; his last appearance for the promotion occurred in 2022. Interestingly, both of his previous matches under the HOG banner involved Zilla’s relative, Jacob Fatu, and both encounters ended in chaotic disqualifications. Now, King seeks a definitive victory against the 26-year-old Zilla, who currently reigns as the prestigious HOG Crown Jewel Champion. This will be the first-time-ever these two heavy-hitters meet in a one-on-one singles contest.
Zilla Fatu has been raising his profile significantly in recent months, notably stepping into the ring against AEW World Champion MJF at the HOG No Turning Back event, though he ultimately fell short in that championship pursuit. The Culture Clash card promises to be a star-studded affair, featuring appearances from notable talents such as Ricky Sosa, legendary tag team The Hardys (Matt and Jeff), Shotzi Blackheart, and the innovative Amazing Red.
