Revolution Pro Wrestling is preparing for a major international attraction as one of the world’s premier high-flyers returns to the United Kingdom. RevPro owner Andy Quildan and Tom Campbell officially announced via the promotion’s YouTube channel that AEW National Champion Ricochet will collide with Michael Oku at RevPro Live in Coventry on Sunday, March 22, 2026.
A Historic First-Time Singles Encounter at HMV Empire
While both men are world-renowned for their innovative aerial maneuvers, this will remarkably mark their first-ever one-on-one encounter. Michael Oku, who gained global acclaim for his legendary series of matches against Will Ospreay, will now test his skills against another of AEW’s elite stars. The two have shared the ring only once before, during the Zero Hour pre-show of the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2025 event. In that contest, Ricochet teamed with Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona to defeat the trio of Oku, Kevin Knight, and “Speedball” Mike Bailey.
The status of the AEW National Championship for this bout remains a subject of intense speculation. Ricochet is currently scheduled to defend his title in a high-stakes 21-man Blackjack Battle Royal on the AEW Revolution Zero Hour pre-show this coming Sunday, March 15. Should he survive that massive challenge, his appearance in Coventry would mark his second defense under the RevPro banner, following a successful retention against Nino Bryant at RevPro Uprising 2025 in December.
RevPro Live in Coventry is set to take place at 3:30 p.m. at the HMV Empire in Coventry, England. Fans unable to attend the event live will be able to stream the show via the RevPro OnDemand service. With Oku looking to cement his legacy against the very best in the world and Ricochet continuing his dominant run as a fighting champion, this matchup is poised to be a highlight of the European wrestling calendar.
