AEW Men’s World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page has once again shown his “Cowboy S–t,” this time by reaching out to a fan who had a negative experience at a recent AEW event. Page, who has been outspoken on political issues, recently took issue with ICE commercials airing during AEW Dynamite. This stance apparently inspired a fan to bring a sign of a political nature to a show, which was then confiscated by arena security, a standard practice for most televised wrestling events.
However, the fan’s story of his “ruined night” made the rounds on social media and eventually caught the attention of the AEW World Champion himself. In a heartwarming gesture, “Hangman” Page personally reached out to the fan and sent him autographed t-shirts.
The fan shared his story on Instagram, posting a photo of the shirts and praising the champion for his kindness.
“Last month I went to AEW and one of my signs got confiscated by security and ruined my night. Little did I know it would make the rounds online and catch the attention of the AEW World Heavyweight Champion Hangman Adam Page. Who personally sent me these autographed t-shirts. This is the coolest thing ever, a gift from the world’s heavyweight champion l, who turned a negative into the ultimate positive. Hangman is now officially my favorite wrestler ever. Definitely some cowboy shit.”
