Former WWE Star to Debut for 1FW at “Rumble in Rome”
Andrade El Idolo is staying active outside of AEW, with a new independent booking confirmed for next month. 1FW announced via social media that the AEW star will make his debut at their Rumble in Rome event on March 21, 2026, at the Forum River Center in Rome, Georgia.
The event, billed as the “Arn Anderson Homecoming,” will feature El Idolo in action against an unnamed opponent. This appearance follows his recent success in Germany, where he captured the GWF World Championship.
Andrade’s independent schedule runs parallel to his current push in AEW, where he is set to face “Hangman” Adam Page in a number one contender’s match for the World Championship. The 1FW card also features Jeff Jarrett, a steel cage match, and a special guest referee appearance by country singer Michael Ray.
